The Menu

Appetisers include such delights as Tandoori Broccoli, broccoli florets marinated with ginger, carome seed, cream cheese and spices grilled in a clay oven. Zaitooni Kebab, ground lamb patties with bengal gram daal, red chillies, whole spices filled with olives, onion and fresh coriander served with a mint sauce.

For the main course try Malmali Kofta, homemade cheese balls in a rich sauce flavoured with cardamom. Chicken Chettinad, a hot and spicy tender chicken cooked with freshly ground black pepper, chopped onions, tomatoes and Chef's own blend of freshly ground spices.

One of the wonderful Chinese offerings is Shaiking Lamb, a thin slice of lamb with fresh ginger, garlic peppers and fresh herbs. Whatever you choose you're sure to enjoy the exquisite flavours brought to you by Panna's.
